Who we are

What this website collects

Very little. The site has no accounts, no login, no contact form and no newsletter, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set cookies of our own.

Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. This information is held in short-term server logs and is not used to identify you.

Booking

Online booking is handled by Booksy. When you follow a Book Now link you leave this website and any details you enter are collected and processed by Booksy under its own privacy policy. We see the booking details you provide there so that we can carry out your appointment.

Maps

The map on our Contact page, and the map on the home page once you choose "Load map", is provided by Google Maps. Loading it means your browser connects to Google, which may set cookies and process your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. On the home page nothing is loaded from Google until you ask for the map.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google Maps open those services in a new tab. Each is responsible for the information it collects once you are there.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled it. Because this website itself collects no personal information beyond the technical logs described above, most requests will relate to bookings, which we will help with directly.

Changes

If the way this website works changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
